Dustin Gibson practices as an active litigator in personal injury cases. He represented those who have been injured in auto accidents, offshore/boating accidents and work accidents.

Dustin is the son and grandson of Oilfield Workers. But, Dustin chose a different path. He graduated from UL Lafayette with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance). Dustin attended law school at Loyola University New Orleans. He was an Officer of Loyola’s Trial Advocacy program and he participated in a national mock trial competition in Indianapolis. The next year Dustin trained and prepared law students for the national mock trial competition.

Dustin clerked for the District Attorney’s office for Orleans Parish. Later, he was hired to serve as a law clerk for Usry, Weeks & Matthews and assisted in defense of civil lawsuits against sheriffs throughout the State of Louisiana. After graduating, Dustin clerked for the Honorable District Court Judge Byron Hebert in Abbeville. In 2013, he opened his own office at 1538 W. Pinhook Road in Lafayette, Louisiana.
